Soprano Messaging Platform - Network/Supplier Planned Service Maintenance

Dear Customer,

This is to notify you that mobile operator Circuit4 (operated by Pivotel) has informed us that there will be an urgent planned maintenance activity on one of their core network switches.

Please be informed that SMPP binds and SIP trunks could fluctuate for a brief duration during this activity window. Message route will be updated to minimise disruption during the maintenance.
