Dear Customer,

We have restored the impacted services on the platform. The issue was traced to a downstream network operator fault, and we have re-routed traffic to an alternative carrier. The new routing is operating normally and without any issues.

Soprano Messaging Platform - Network / Supplier Notification - INITIAL

Dear Customer,

We are writing to inform you that we have identified an issue with one of our messaging carriers that may be impacting the delivery of some messages. The operator is working to solve the issues to restore the affected services as fast as possible.

In parallel, we are working to establish a backup routing option to help minimize further impact while the carrier issue is being addressed. At this time, some messages may be delayed or not delivered as expected.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as more information becomes available.
